Although the core infrastructure for email notifications was already in place when I joined Exhale, I have since helped build and streamline our user notification journey, from implementing a drip campaign to encourage signups to rewriting copy for important transactional emails.
To help manage this growing repository of notifications, I also built a visual workflow in Figma (accessible upon request) and an internal reference guide for the Exhale team.
